About Kain

ABOUT KAIN PAGE Who is Kain Ramsay?

Kain began his career in 1996 as a Royal Engineer in the British military. After retiring, he moved into business development and marketing, eventually focusing on teaching the applications of modern psychology and social entrepreneurship.

In the early 2010s, after recognising the potential of the online space for delivering community-focused education, he curated three curricula of self-improvement and applied psychology e-learning courses. When traditional education systems struggled during the Covid-19 era, Kain launched his first global training company, which quickly generated seven figures in revenue.

Kain, a committed educator to over 650K learners at the forefront of applied psychology, is a lifelong student of human history, innovation, and behavioural psychology. His distinctive teaching style resonates globally, inspiring mature and self-motivated students to surpass their perceived limits.

A social entrepreneur and prolific thinker, he lives in Scotland with his wife, Karen, and daughter, Skye. Valuing a peaceful lifestyle, Kain rarely seeks the spotlight. Instead, he commits himself to meaningful projects, working diligently away from public view.

Kains Philosophy on Life

My Philosophy on Life

I believe everyone deserves access to the knowledge essential for self-improvement. Personal responsibility is the foundation that empowers individuals to lead truly fulfilling lives.

True authority comes from experience, not qualifications. I’ve realised that everyone has the capacity to develop in maturity, decisiveness, and strength—regardless of their circumstances. No person has the definitive answer to living life ‘correctly’. Instead, we each must nurture our own wisdom through acts and reflection.

Here’s a truth that has shaped my entire outlook: the quality of your life depends largely on the quality of your relationships. Being socially motivated—truly invested in others’ success—is far more rewarding than self-centred pursuits. Those who find the deepest fulfilment are those who actively seek ways to help others succeed.

All People Have a Unique Purpose in Life

My sole mission in life is to assist as many people as possible in finding theirs.

Apostolos (apostéllein)_ Pioneers Who Inspire Movements

Apostles (apostéllein), in a non-religious sense, are individuals who advocate for a specific cause, belief, or movement. Apostles are individuals who lead with conviction, spreading ideas and inspiring others to join their mission. They’re often associated with driving change or innovation and can be found in fields such as entrepreneurship, education, and activism. For example, someone championing education reform or driving advancements in technology might be considered an apostle of their respective movement. Their dedication and influence make them key figures in shaping progress and pioneering new ideas within society.

Prophets (prophḗtēs)_ Visionaries Who Predict Future Changes

Prophets, in a non-religious sense, are individuals with the ability to anticipate societal changes or predict future trends and challenges. They possess acute vision, often identifying opportunities or problems well before others recognise them. These individuals are usually regarded as thought leaders or futurists, offering ideas that shape collective thinking and inspire action. For example, someone who foresees the long-term impact of mass illegal migration or advocates for advancing AI may be considered a prophet in their field. Their insights can influence decisions, shape public opinion, and spark movements for change.

Teachers (didáskalos)_ Imparters of Wisdom and Understanding

A true teacher is a guide, mentor, and source of experiential wisdom who imparts knowledge and cultivates understanding within his or her learners. They possess the ability to connect with individuals on a personal level, tailoring their approach to individual needs and fostering learning environments in which competency development happens. True teachers go beyond delivering information—they aid critical thinking, ignite a passion for application, and equip students to pursue their potential. Patience and adaptability are hallmarks of a true teacher, ensuring their lessons resonate far beyond the classroom and leave a lifelong impact.

Pastors (poimēn)_ A Trusted Guide, Counsellor and Advisor

A pastor is a guide, mentor, or trusted advisor who supports and uplifts those in their care. They are individuals who provide counsel, offer practical wisdom, and help others navigate challenges with empathy. Pastors foster a sense of community and belonging, creating space for individuals to express concerns and seek guidance. Their role often extends beyond mere problem-solving, as they empower others to grow, thrive, and find clarity in their personal or professional lives. By cultivating trust and showing genuine care, these “pastors” embody the principles of leadership and compassion, inspiring a sense of direction and purpose.

Evangelists (euangelistḗs)_ Purpose-Driver Communicators

An evangelist is someone who advocates for an important social cause, idea, or product, spreading enthusiasm and inspiring others to engage or adopt a specific vision. These individuals often leverage their communication skills and deep conviction to create meaningful connections with their audience. Whether advocating for social reform, social movements, or organisational missions, evangelists typically aim to educate, motivate, and build a community that shares their passion. Their influence stems from their ability to foster trust and excitement through authenticity and a genuine belief in their message or cause.

Some Will Remain Fools (mōrainō) Those who Reject Sensible Thinking

A fool can be understood as someone who disregards wisdom, sound reasoning or practical judgment. This may manifest as impulsive actions, a lack of foresight, or an unwillingness to learn from their past mistakes and experiences. Fools often make decisions based on whims or emotions rather than careful consideration of facts or the potential consequences of their actions. While their choices might seem carefree or spontaneous, they can sometimes lead to adverse outcomes for themselves or those around them. Their behaviour is not necessarily malicious but often stems from impulsiveness or a disconnect from rational thinking.

“All of the things you do for yourself become irrelevant when you are dead and gone, but the things you do for others live on in your legacy. Legacy is about sharing your knowledge and wisdom with the next generation of people who will put it to best use. “
