Kain offers a limited number of personalised one-to-one consultations each month to support individuals in their personal growth, career advancement, or strategic direction.
These sessions will be a blend of personal coaching, mentoring, and strategic consultation, depending on your objectives. You will spend the first 15 minutes defining your primary opportunity, challenge, project, or objective, before diving into a focused discussion that will define your next steps towards achievement.
During the session, you will receive Kain’s undivided attention and guidance as you collaborate to create a plan that aligns with your goals. I will provide you with insights based on his years of experience in business strategy, coaching and strategic planning.
Kain intentionally limits his time for this kind of work. He typically makes Monday evenings (and occasionally Tuesday evenings) available for private consultations outside of his regular mentorship group within the Achology community. This mentorship initiative is offered at no charge to active Achology.com subscribers.

While Kain supports, teaches, and mentors both men and women within the broader Achology learning community, his one-to-one work is primarily reserved for men. Your individual circumstances will determine this.
