Imitate Success, Don’t Be a Fool Who Envies it!
It’s far easier to judge other people than what it is to imitate them, isn’t it!
It’s easy to envy other people and become bitter at those who perceive as having more than us or, those who seem to be doing better than us.
And it’s true isn’t it, that while most of us are envious of the things that other people have, nine times out of ten, we’re never jealous of all the hard work, blood sweat and tears that went into ascertaining these things, to begin with.
Because if you genuinely want to get ahead in life, then it’s always going to be wiser for you to imitate successful people, opposed to and rather than envying them.
Out of all the most childish, bitter and twisted attitudes, we can develop in life, envy is, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the most insidious.
And the reason I say this is because eats away at you from the inside-out, and replaces everything that is good, that is active, creative or productive with thoughts and feelings of frustration, anger, jealousy, bitterness and worse.
I urge you to become the kind of person for other people that you would have them be for you. Strive towards reaching the stage of maturation where you’re genuinely able to congratulate other people on their wins, their successes and their greatest achievements in life. Be an imitator of success.
Because by doing this, we’re not only offering well-deserved credit onto those others who deserve it but we’re also setting ourselves up to gain the respect, trust and the admiration of those who we offer our congratulations to.
In life, No-one likes bitter people, so moving forward, rather that envying these successes of other people, commit to discovering their strategies, find out what they’ve done, follow in their footsteps or even ask them to mentor you.
Because once you’ve learned the particular course of actions that this other person took to achieve their success, there’s absolutely nothing stopping you from getting yourself out there and ascertaining the same, or similar results.
So, moving forward, don’t waste your time being envious or jealous of other people, admire them, respect them, befriend them, and find out as quickly as possible what they’ve done. It’s wiser to imitate a successful person than envy them!
